• Quick food and activity logging using voice – press the microphone icon, speak naturally to list your meal or exercise, and the app will present a concise list to select and add to your food diary

Example:

Click the microphone icon and say: I had salmon, green beans, and a green salad for dinner.
The app will present you with the three items sequentially to add or edit to your food diary

• Convenient bar code scanner - Scan a food item’s bar code to add to your food diary

• Detailed nutrient information – Calio shows your macronutrients (% carbohydrates, % protein and % fat) to help you meet nutrition goals. Complete micro-nutrient values also available

• Smart voice commands – Say “How many calories are in a cup of rice” and Calio will show you. Or “I weigh 136 pounds today, log it” and Calio will automatically update your weight so you can view your trends over time.

• I much prefer the Calio app because of its ease of use. I used to use the Lose It app. It was good, but a bit more trouble to use. Super easy and quick. Love it!
